Bunratty Castle Hotel & Leisure Club, BW Premier Collection

Excellent afternoon tea experience in a beautiful setting.

The hotel was fairly clean, gorgeous, had outstandingly accommodating staff on the reception desk and bar. The location offered was great and lovely next to Bunratty Castle and Durty Molly restaurant and many attractions such as the castle. I ate at the outdoor restaurant near the venue. Triple room I stayed at was airy with lovely complimentary toiletries.

A stay that leaves you smiling with amazing breakfasts and friendly staff who made us feel like family

Directly across from Bunratty Castle, the hotel offers fine views and effortless access to local attractions. Perfect service and a rejuvenating swimming pool.

Had a boss time with me family! The breakfast in the library was spot on, dead tasty with loads of choices. The staff were sound, particularly Michaela who made us feel right at home. Only downside was the check-in was a bit slow, took ages to get sorted.

It offers excellent service. The breakfast is very very good and lovely with cake, has appetising food. The hotel is in the central location in a quaint area.

Very pleasant atmosphere. Great special shower! Good food at the pub.

There's nothing to complain about.

Clean rooms with comfy beds and nice flat-screen TVs. Wi-Fi was free but parking was tight.

Staff member Neil was extremely attentive and efficient and very pleasant! Excellent service! The hotel was in an excellent location for the airport and we were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the hotel was. Food in Katherine's pub was good as was the service by our bartender (sorry I can't remember his name). Overall a very pleasant experience after much driving around Ireland - it was a very nice place to stay at the end of our trip.

Check out took a bit longer than what we expected - not sure why - but it was early in the AM (6:30ish) and we were anxious to get to the airport without any delays. All worked out well though.

Families with children welcome

We had a king sized suite that was very spacious and comfi, excellent for family time. We went for breakfast and they brought us pastries to our table every morning , something the kids loved.

It wasn't exactly cheap , but worth it for the experience we had.

The hotel is directly across from a medieval castle. The spacious and comfortable rooms offer a cozy retreat after a day of exploration. I appreciate the engaging local tours suggested by the staff, as they enhanced my experience.

The breakfast service was occasionally slow during peak hours, impacting the morning routine.

We thought it was very nice. People were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a perfect locaation to get to the airport. Breakfast was good and we ate dinner there and it was good too.
